[Question] Donator vehicle

So I have been told both yes and no, that the Bus can be your donator vehicle. So to get a 100% acurate answer.

Is the Bus able to become your donator vehicle?
(The bus is a vehicle I love and my charatcer could IC'ly use it for his job)

I wish to donate, though the only thing that I need is the Bus.
