SA-MP 0.3b features

- Important client security updates
- Updates and fixes to the SA-MP server browser, including host name lookups for your favorites and samp:// URL handling.
- Improved player and animation syncing
- Chat logging
- Chat time-stamping with the /timestamp command
- Files, including screenshots, now save to the GTA San Andreas User Files folder
- No restrictions on screen resolution size
- Any frame limiter changes are now saved
- Several crash fixes
- Fixes a registry issue where the server browser may display errors if a previous version of SA-MP hadn't been installed
- Fixes players might move remotely if they're alt-tabbed
- Fixes a connection problem effecting a some clients
- Added /headmove command to disable/enable player head movements locally

SA-MP 0.3b R2 features

Client:

- Fixes 'Client may crash if using the new chat /timestamp feature'
- Fixes 'Other players may appear floating for a few seconds when they first stream in'

Server:

- Fixes (Windows) server not announcing correctly to the 0.3b server list
- Fixes (Windows/linux) server may crash if Kick() is used in OnPlayerUpdate

- Loads of new objects for mapping, including walls and houses.
- Servers can now change the textures and colours of objects.

- Servers have the ability to enable the mouse cursor so you can click on images/text.

SA-MP 0.3x R1-2 features

- Fixed: The server browser was using excessive CPU when loading the server lists, which slowed the loading of the lists.
- Fixed: If the nametag hourglass icon could not load, it may cause a crash when you alt-tab from the game.
- Fixed: Object lighting would be disabled when there were material changes but no colour changes.




SA-MP 0.3x R2 features

- Fixes buffer overflow in client portion of the TextDraw system.
- Fixes the game's improper handling of '~' format codes in TextDraws.
- Fixes for mouse control being lost when going between SA-MP and the GTA:SA (Esc) menu.
- Fixes the server browser's improper handling of malformed data from the server.

SA-MP 0.3z RC1 features

- Updated shooting sync for bullet weapons
- Shots fired by players are now lag compensated, meaning you can aim at the skin instead of lead aiming.
- The server can now get access to the full bullet information to tell if it hit a player, vehicle or object.
- The give/take damage callbacks now contain the body part hit ID. If your script uses these callbacks, you will need to update the definition in your script.
- A network level setting for server.cfg 'messageholelimit' has been added to deal with DoS attacks.
- The Rivershell gamemode has been updated to version 2.




SA-MP 0.3z RC2 features

- Removes autoaim ability from the joypad controls
- Adds BULLET_HIT_TYPE_PLAYER_OBJECT 4
- Fixes gunshell/smoke particle offset problem


SA-MP 0.3z RC3 features

- Fixed: Joypad target switching still enabled autoaiming.
- Fixed: Sniper bullets were not working when vectored outside the SA land area.
- Extra server data for investigating any player shot data corruption.
- Added VectorSize pawn function.

SA-MP 0.3z features

SA-MP 0.3z is mainly a security update for the SA-MP 0.3 branch. We've managed to include a few features and fixes too.

- An optional lag compensation mode improves shooting accuracy.
- New server callbacks allow greater control over weapons and vehicles.
- Network statistics functions will make it easier to admin servers.
- Many minor security updates for both the client and server.

SA-MP 0.3.7 features

- Over 500 new object IDs added, including stunt objects and land objects.
- Interface font size changing.
- Some new variations of the San Andreas cop skins.

- A simple static actor system to more easily create actor NPCs for shops.
- Many bug fixes and new scripting features.
