There is a command in game which allows you to change your name. I think it was /changename or something, it costs 50.000$ and should be approved by the administrator.

It's actually /changemyname.

Format : /changemyname Firstname_Lastname confirm [yes/no]

Yes = Changes your name along with a criminal record wipe; costs a total of $100,000.
No = Changes your name along without a criminal record wipe; costs a total of $50,000.
