Mouse not working in game

Whenever i go into my game, the mouse view is not working, cant move my camera. can anyone help me. I really want to play San Andreas. and Samp in general.

What OS are you using? Because Windows 10 isn't very compatible with GTA SA and needs special treatment. Additionally you could try this if you have Windows 7 64bit:

You go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\ [Your name]/ if you installed it with steam

Or

C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas if you have the non-steam version

Right click the gta-sa.exe and go into properties.
then go into the Compatibility Tab.
Now check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and click Windows XP (Service Pack 2)

Then go look down and check and make sure to turn on:
"Disable Visual Themes" and
"Disable Desktop Composition" and
"Run This Program As An Administrator"

If you're using Win 8/10, dinput8.dll should fix your troubles

I'm unfortunately running 8.1, myself and had the same issue a while back. Give that file a try and lemmie know if the issue persists.
