I'm afraid you'll have to reinstall your game completely to remove the 2DFX, however not entirely sure about that but at least I did in order to remove it.
 
In order to delete 2dfx mod, delete SALodLights.asi files from your GTA San Andreas directory, it should work then.

Sorry, can't see the edit button.
Not only SALodLights.asi file but all of the files related to SALodLights.

uh yeah i did i get a bit more fps now but i can still see stuff in distance and it looks messed up

i removed a few car mods but i use lq mods so it cant be a problem??
 
My friend JinChill helped me out with the issue and now it's gone. If anyone experiences the same in the future, I deleted my gta_sa.set and that's it. @Allerion you may lock this.
