Earl's is better IMO (though the basketball court needs some concrete).
It just needs more rubbish and trash as this is Montgomery.
I don't really like Ashley's. Why is there an underground basketball court?
Maybe if graffiti and trash was added.

There already is graffiti, and as for trash I've added some with V2 of it. Just have not put screens up yet.

Wouldn't it be completely dark down there though?

Not completely dark, But it's just meh remember if gangstas are RPing there it add that touch to their roleplay.

Well, if there's no lights or windows (apart of the doorway on the end of the court) I don't think you could see shit.

Ya have to throw a light or two in there.

Please inform if there is something I should add and/or take away. Thank you

Inlcudes:
A full on basketball court with areas for RP with gangs and graffiti and trash fill the ground to make a unique environment for illegal factions.
Beautiful trees and flowers to fix the nice grassy area of the park (the concrete)
Trash across the park to make it more realistic and fit Montgomery.
A fountain as the highlight of the park to make a nice touch. It's looks beautiful at night time and it really pops and makes the area stand out.
Benches all around the park to make areas for some family/friend RP.
Tables and chairs spread throughout the park with a payphone.

I was thinking of making a parking lot but the only place that could have it is A&K properties and I can't take that out D:
