Hi!
I have recently installed a new windows 10 install. The only game on it is GTA SA right now.
I have followed these steps, in this order, to get ENB to start working:
However, I think it may have to do with DirectX or some compatability issue. What do I do?
The game launches and I can play perfectly fine, but ENB simply doesn't enable itself during the loading screen.
EDIT1:
I just installed:
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86)
- DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtime
Still no luck.
FIXED:
For whoever is wondering how to get ENB to work on Windows 10, I did the following:
1. I followed Navi's step exactly, but instead of downloading samp addon 2.2 from Novi, I downloaded Samp Addon 2.1 from here: http://zmbio.ro/forum/Thread-SAMP-Addon ... ish-Member
2. I went to the Mod Loader down page page and I downloaded Nov 12 2016 Mod Loader v0.3.5 instead of 3.7. http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25377
To conclude, do exactly what Novi has said but don't install the latest versions but rather downgrade to Samp Addon 2.1 and Mod Loader 3.5 and it will work. INSTALL IN THE ORDER ABOVE! L&A

Novi said:Alright here is the real solution that worked for me on the latest windows 10 build:
1. Install Samp Addon V2.1 from here: http://gtaforums.com/topic/760017-relsa-samp-addon/
2. When installing this check/uncheck the options you'd like, I suggest NOT to install the 0.3.7. Samp IMG as it breaks any custom kevlar vest mods etc.
3. Install CLEO4 with ASI loader + Install Modloader if you don't have it yet.
4. Install any ENB like you normally do (put everything in the directory)
5. Move just the d3d9.dll to the modloader folder, nothing else related to the ENB
Tell me if that works.
