Keybinds

Well, as the title reads "keybinds".
I'm in need of those and not long ago I was searching for one program to help me out with this but it didn't help me at all, infact it just-.. just did nothing :thinking:?

Anyways, could anyone suggest me a keybinder program and if YES could you please give me a link to it and tell me more about on how to use it.
That would be great, thanks to all who reply.
