Is there a limit on Application submissions?

I've submitted two pretty decent applications. As a long time member of the community I don't see why these would be denied. My issue is now I am unable to create a new application? Am I really BANNED from playing from this server due to having two applications denied?

I could not find yung_drano but I did however find one account under the name "cdymlr" and another MA (rubik) under your IP address.

Actually cdymlr is the account I forgot my email to, that's where my character is. Rubik is my new account.
