Influx of weird adds.

I have no clue if I've been the first one to realize but ever since I've been using the RCRP services, a utterly weird advert about free Asian women appears. I've never used the services of the advert's provider or anything but I think this may be an issue within the website host. I'd love to know what causes this because I've had this error on every device, in over 4 countries and even if my IP, cache, and history was cleared over and over.
