I need help with creating an account.

Good day, I don't know where I should post this, so I created a new thread.

So basically, a few days ago I wanted to create an account and fill out a character application. But I misspelled my email address and it sent the details to an email that doesn't even exist.
After that I tried to create an account, using the right information, but it said that I can create a single account per IP address.
I am asking if I can possibly get my IP cleared from the logs so I can create a character and play on the server.
