I got banned because of multiple “mas”

I’m quite new to red county rp and love how serious it is.
not long after I joined I kept getting disconnected because of my Nickname and I looked it up and asked about and I got told it was a bug. Then not long after I got banned because of “multiple mas” and I cannot find what it means and I don’t know what I did wrong to get banned permanently

MA stands for Master Account, this would be the account you log into the game server with. If you've been banned for having multiple Master Accounts I would suggest speaking to the Admin Team

How do I get in contact with them as iv looked erverywhere and can’t find how you contact them
