I can't log in with my account

Greetings, I registered on the server around July 2016. I've decided to play again today, then I forgot my password. I made a reset password request in UCP, and to the steps that are given. The UCP said that I've success to change my password and I require to log in with the new password to the game. But when I log in and typed the password I changed, it says "incorrect password". Can any admin give me a new password for my account? My UCP name is Ryder64 and my email is [email protected]

Have you tried resetting your password once more? It may be worth a try in the meantime.
