How Can I Make A Signature With A Picture In It Can I Get A Example How To?

Basically you just need to post an image link into the signature box preceded and followed with the image tags and [(slash)img]

Thats it, all you have to do.

So go to your profile, go to the Signature tab, and post in the box something like [url=http://i50.tinypic.com/1tmzut.jpg]http://i50.tinypic.com/1tmzut.jpg[/url] with the image tags to make it look like this:

As for making the image itself, get photoshop or something and mess around with pictures. Then upload the image to an image hosting website. You can also find tons and tons of pre-made signatures via Google.

This is what it takes to make your signature look like mine:
