account but I don't know what to do next, if you can tell me if I will get some instructions on what to do next?

Hello! First of all, let me welcome you to the RC-RP forum.

Now, on your question, you can create your character through UCP. First, you need to be logged in by typing your username and your password.
Afterwards, you can click "My Characters" of which it will redirect you to the dashboard. Here you can create a new character.
