How can I use a mod menu in singleplayer without risking a ban?

Lol I got 27gb left xD
This is a pre-owned PC and I have no idea where all the space has gone, It says I have used 300gb on games but I don't have anything installed and when I go to see what is Installed it only shows me a couple of stuff that NOWHERE NEAR is 300gb.
Windows 10 btw.
