Yeah, but it isn't really easy to be updated.
If you script for a night you can make a cool ingame system.
Like that helpers can add new FAQ entries, and when someone goes to an entry it saves how many times it has been seen and liked, and bring it up in a list of the 5 highest rated questions in /faq.
