Help with my Un-Ban?

A while ago I was permanently banned from the server for mixing IIC information with OOC information, which I used racial words by accident of course. However I made a ban appeal a while back and an admin named Dell said he was going to un-ban me after a week. A week had passed and I wasn't un banned, so I waited a little longer and I still wasn't unbanned. I would've reported this issue eariler however I had forgotten the password to this account, but I managed to get the credentials back. Anyways, I was wondering if you could Un-ban me as I've been waiting a month and I've heard nothing. Thank you!

He stated he was going to keep me banned for one week, and after the week he was going to unban me. However he didn't do so. Please could you un-ban me as I've already made 3 unban appeals.
