[HELP] Regarding The Fishing Shop.

Recently I bought the fishing shop off from Toasted to get more creative control out of it. And before I jump out to any conclusions while owning it, I want to know the do's and don't on what to do on owning the property.

Here is the map of the property.

1. Am I allowed to post some signage around the property indicating something. Per se; no women allowed, no trespassing, etc to it?
2. Am I allowed to ban someone off from the property?
3. Does the other people who wants to organize something there has to ask permission from me and I have the right to close down their events whatever it is going on at said property?
4. Creative control: can I open my own side shop there or anything? like when I am selling fishes, etc?
5. Creative control: am I allowed to ask for an interior on this business? if possible, move the /buy icon inside of the business itself.

1,2,3: You own the shop and its property, not the whole beach/fishing bay. The beach is a public location, so you can't control who goes there or who uses it.

4: I'm sure you could set up a sales stand or something alike to sell fish and whatnot, since the beach is public property you can do so there. And the shop is your property, so you can there aswell.

5: You can either request a default business interior from the GTA SA singleplayer or have someone map you a customized business interior, this will cost money.

Yes, at question no.5 will the fishing shop's /buy tab will be moved inside the business interior as well?

If you get a mapped interior for a business, I believe so.

this seems like a stupid idea, specially if the person is gonna be making money off of it. Any level one that joins the server is almost instantly brought to the fishing spot. I don't see it as a good idea for people to make $ from new players.

damn it dude. u know i casually have Igor, Amber, and Jonathan to blame for when it comes on those cuz their bizz EARNs than mine since im more paycheck dependent with these. to at least match with em' i have to think rationally so im asking for a mapper to map an int for me and idc if i get to spend irl monies to it : D
