[help] Can not log in my UCP

The problem is that it doesn't recognize my Username which is correct as I remember it. Second when I try to send the account info to my email it says that there's no emails associated with that username/account however in that email I still have the emails that I received from Red County RP in 2016.

This is the Email I received in 2016 to confirm my UCP account, and after that I racked up about 300-400 hours. I'm not sure why my account is discarded from the UCP databases
