Hardware Problem. "Missing Operating System"

My PC was working fine till today. Once I booted the PC it popped up a message saying "Missing Operating System". I made sure that I'm booting from the main hard disk and I have my BIOS settings perfect but once I unplug the second hard disk everything works just fine.... Both hard disks work perfectly when they're separated or working alone, my PC now doesn't run 2 hard disks.
My Theory

I think that my PSU [Power Supply Unit] isn't giving enough power to My hard disks and my motherboard.
 
Your operating system (possibly win10) got corrupted and it was probably because you shut down the PC using the button too many times.

recommendation;
go onto another PC and download the media creation file from the windows site and use it to download windows 10 onto a USB then proceed to boot it via BIOS and reinstall windows 10. One minus is that you'll lose your files.

Win7, Windows works *PERFECTLY* when I cut off the power of the other hard disk
 
As well, I checked my hard disk priorities and boot order and BIOS stuff... What drives me nuts is that the PC won't work when I plug the second hard disk along with the main disk... Main disk will work perfectly when I disable the secondary hard disk.
 
Sounds like the hard drive is either bad, or something is wrong with your boot order. Throw your bios to default values to make sure something isn't out of whack there.
 
If your PSU is your theory, I'd recommend getting a new one to see if it works. Generally, a lot of things can be wrong but if drive 1 boots fine without drive 2, but fails when drive 2 is present, it sounds like boot order issues or issues with trying to provide enough power to the drives.

Check if both drives are present in your BIOS menu to start with. If they aren't, listen to both drives to see if they're actually spinning (assuming they aren't SSDs).

Both work fine and both do not have any kind of bad sectors nor viruses or malwares - etc. I'll get a new PSU and see:rolleyes: Hope it works.

Eh, boot order is fine, Idk wtf is wrong with that PC tbh, I'mma get a new PSU and see if it'll work and keep ya'll updated once I do it.
