At game rules there a rule for ooc chat for language.But no rule for ic chat and radio.There's no other chat to talk me and my friends are Turkish we are around 6 7 people roleplay together but i cant pm all of them cant we use radio for our language?

It is an English server so you may not talk in a foreign language unless you are using /pm.

I saw many people thinking it´s allowed to speak another language in /r. It´s not.
Once I jailed somebody for constantly doing this.
