Donator Usergroup

Hi, I raised a ticket a week ago, but had no response so thought I may have better luck here. I'm a level 4 donator and was hoping I could be added to the donator usergroup. UCP account is Goobyy. Character registered to the account with the level 4 donator membership is Jack Peterson.
