Donation issue

Hello.

So I had a level 1 donator level to start this whole situation. I wanted to donate to the server again to show my long-loved appreciation for such a great server and I decided to donate the last 20 GBP to receive my Level 4 donator. I did the 20 GBP donation

I log in-game, do /donation and my level one goes to a level 3. (Whatever, I thought that was fine, maybe the UCP knew I didn't have enough money donated for my level 4).

Well, a few minutes later I decided to just throw the last 10 GBP at it to make it the even 30.

Now, is it because I did it on separate characters that it didn't even out? Can anyone help me out so I can have my level 4 please? Thank you, gents!

Each character has a different donation level. You can have a level 3 on one and a level 4 on the other. If you donated on two separate characters there's no way for them to even out. The only solution would either be to talk to TommyB, or refunding the donation, and buying it again on the level 3 account.

It actually did even out. I made that last bit of donation and now I have only one level 4 donator.
