When i first tried to join discord, I went to the "verification" chat and followed the instructions. I tried to message the bot Rudy a lot of times, saying verify but nothing really happens. I even asked a helper and he said that he is not verified on RCRP discord either, he does not have a clue of how it works, thats ok tho. Anyone has an idea of what might has happened? Am I doing something wrong or is it just the bot?

Are you sure you're using the right master account name? It's the name you log into the server with. Show me a screenshot of your logs with the Rudy bot if you can.

Chances are you have direct messages disabled from server members. You will need to enable the option via Server Privacy Settings -> Direct Messages -> Allow direct messages from server members.

Yes I am completely sure. I have tried a lot of times with a variety of ways but nothing seems to really work!

It is on but still nothing happens.
