Create a character problem

Hello, i have a problem. I have an old application for a character, it was denied by a tester. Now, i want create a new application, but i can't. Can u give me some help? Doesn't appear the free slots for characters and i can't make a ticket because i should pass a quiz, but i passed that quiz.

Hello. If you got denied, you have to make a ban appeal on the forums. If it was a temp deny, you will be able to try the application again. From what your saying, you would need to make a ban appeal.
