No, but I don’t really care about fixing the issue at this time, you can L&A this.

Get a clean gta3.img and make a backup of the current one then replace the current one with the clean one and attempt entering Fort Carson Mall. If it worked then there is a problem in your gta3.img files, reinstall every mod one by one using Alci's IMG editor or Modloader and see which mod is corrupting ur game. I had some anim files replaced in my gta3.img but they crashed my games constantly cuz there was custom anims in the game based on those anim original files I believe which got replaced. There might be some custom files there depending on other original files in the Fort Carson Mall interior, maybe. Try that and keep us updated @Doherty
