Character Creation

I passed my quiz and my app but why is the create character section not appearing? It only comes up with 'my account' somebody help please

Hello! You somehow managed to send in two applications in the same second, which resulted in your MA status being set improperly once the applications were handled by a tester. I've manually changed it and you should be able to create a character now.
