Can't login

Hello guys. Everytime I try to login into my in game character, it keeps telling me that my password is wrong, I tried to go to https://redcountyrp.com/password/remind, and it just keeps refering me to the home UCP page. I can't recover my password. My MA is Exordineri.

The only reason that the link would redirect you to the homepage is; you're already logged onto the control panel. Log out and enter that link again. (Tried this personally).

Yeah, but that's a reset to the UCP's password, not to the in game character's password.

Did you type in your character name or your MA name in the SAMP "Name" box?

Yeah, but that's a reset to the UCP's password, not to the in game character's password.

Your UCP password connects with your character's password. You enter the server having your "UCP" name then you enter your "UCP" password upon the dialog. Then you get to choose your character. It's all connected together.
