Can't log into master account.

While i try to log into my master account, and i press login, nothing happens. The page just refreshes and that's it. I am still on the login page.

also also since i cant edit my post, the page refreshes when u type a wrong password, i tried. so u must have the pass wrong

U should see three options instead of the login details after logging in, if not then idk what's wrong with the website
