Cant join the server

My application got accepted and I created my own character using ucp.I tried to connect to server with my master username but I couldnt do that.It freezes right here.Nothing happens.I have samp 0.3.Dl so it shouldnt be the problem.Tryed re-installing the game but it wasnt the solution.Is there anything I could do?

Hello sir, go to My Documents > Gta San andreas user files > Cache, there make a new folder with numeric ip of this server [ not server.redcountyrp.com:7777] and manually paste the files there, ATM i can't give you those files but I will send as soon as possible.
