No, you must take your license quiz in game by contacting one of the WLU members, if you pass your quiz you gotta pay some money and then you can buy a gun.

Once you apply, you have to go through an IC quiz, then comes the payment stage. Yes you can buy guns immediately after obtaining a Conceal Carry Permit. You can buy one from Ammunation.

you gotta apply for it first and take the long ass quiz and after that u pay either 30k or 50k. then u still have to buy for a deagle or 9mm depending on what suits ur needs. take consideration that the guns before were expensive as 50k per deagle.

In character. You go to DPD sit down with a licensing officer. You're not allowed to read off of the forums for your answers. There are 10 questions and you have to get 6/10 to pass.

If you gun permit has been approved, you must do a test which will be conducted in-game, then you must complete payment in order to receive your license, as the people above me have said.
