Becoming a helper with punishment record.

I got jailed 20 mins for minor OOC fuckery, basically I got into a fire after a cop car exploded (for no reason mind you), And I was thinking of becoming a helper when I rack up the 6 months on the server, now with this jail on my record, does that mean I cannot become a helper anymore?

We'd rather have you with a big knowledge of the server than 6 months racked up.
