Are you allowed to auction your donator vehicle?

Hey,

I bought donator ageeees ago before the new system, and I was afk for ages so the new system was implemented before I could change my vehicle to something I like. Now, I'm stuck with a sandking with no way of swapping it unless I re-donate which isn't possible atm due to university costs.

Can I auction my donator vehicle to someone who will benefit from it more than me?
If so, what is a donator vehicle worth?
