Hi.
I failed application few times because i used VPN. And indeed, i used Hotspot Shield because somehow someone has made an account under my IP. It may have been my older brother, Yes maybe using a VPN wasn't right solution, but i won't do that anymore. I have tried disabling it. I cant make new application as well. Can i at least make new application staff?

Don’t just leave, an admin will get to you shortly with your issue. We all wanna see you stay here and experience a good time while RP’ing.
