If you're from Pakistan, there's a big chance your country is blacklisting RCRP IP addresses, you might have to use VPNs to access the server (with admin perms of course).

I see redcountyrp.com:7777 in your screenshot
But maybe put server.redcountyrp.com:7777 if you have not done it already

Have you managed to solve this? If not, check this topic out: Players from Pakistan requiring VPN permissions (click me). I understand it says it no longer is relevant due to the fact that RCRP is no longer blocked in your country, but it might be the reason why you can't connect anymore.
