New Here! Need to know mod rules!

I've installed mods to increase immersion on my San Andreas. They function fine in other samp servers, but I need to know if they're permitted for use here. I've been on servers which allow no cleo/asi mods at all, so its safer to ask than to assume...

asi:
GInput (xbox controller)
modloader
Silentpatch
hooks (First Person camera)

cleo 4:
4GB Memory

modloader:
San Andreas Retextured 2014
San Andreas Direct X 2.0
(and a handful of specific peds and cars)

I'm positive you're not allowed silentpatch.

Idk why, but I was under the impression Direct X 2.0 would crash without that.. False.

I've removed that one. Thanks!

Everything that doesn't affect anything other than yourself is fine. Mods that give you an advantage over others isn't allowed.

Can I ask, why is SilentPatch not permitted? I use it strictly to fix effects involving items viewed through glass, but I understand it serves a lot of purposes.

i dont see a reason to not use silentpatch, doesnt give any advantages it just fixes a few game bugs, u can use it

That's my opinion, but idk if theres any conflicts on the technical side. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
