Stuck in the starting screen

Hey, I have got a bug that when I enter the server the game is stuck in the starting screen where it shows the server MOTD, an overview of Carson and the rest of the starting chat.
It just stucks like that forever or until I restart my computer, can't open program manager or anything.
What is it and how can I fix it?

I had the same issue, I would recommend remove all the mods and try to start it. If it works, what I did was put all the mods that I use at that moment into one folder and it worked for me, if not try reinstalling SAMP.

I only got a hotdog interior mod, but thing is the problem happened even before I installed it, so I don't think it's that mod, it was alright this morning and yesterday's morning and it spawned me at my house, when I exited the interior it happened, also when I tried spawning at the noob spawn, it occurred like a couple minutes ago, which makes me believe it somehow related to the amount of people online.
