Whenever I try to log in, submit for a lost password or register, no matter what I do it says "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again."
 
Clearing cache and/or cookies may resolve the issue, if you have not yet tried that troubleshooting step.

Try using incognito mode first see if you have any luck with that, if y do then do the above step.
