It's simple. Official factions get guns. Then they deal them away. Some get stolen, some sold further to streets. They go around like drugs. You just have to find someone who's not going to scam you and actually sell you a gun. Dealing guns? Good luck with that if you're just starting and not in a faction.

My drug guide lists all of the drugs available on the server. However, you can rp creating drugs as other drugs, such as LSD, you can rp making it, then rp selling it. Not everything has to be script wise, I'd love to buy some LSD on one of my characters RPly, but nobody rps dealing drugs nowadays besides a cocaine or heroine dealer.
