I can't create a character in UCP

Where could i create my first character ? in the game, it send to me create one in the UCP, but i can't select any box there to create one...

Yes, i had sent an application and nothing.
I checked my email and nothing, but in UCP i can't see my story anymore, just to send another.

I don't know if i got refused, i hope not because i don't have any another idea to send.

@IntelGraphics It’s quite possible that you was denied if it’s letting you post another story. Check your emails too; you can also send another story through in the meantime.
