Can't join the server.

Yes. I have, and it does not work, still. It's something to do with permissions on the GTA SA User files folder, but... I'm the only admin on the system, and I have full perms?!! I've tried running as admin, but that won't work.

Try using this fix on your user files folder. It basically provides you with Ownership of the file/folder.

Ask a friend to send you their cache which can be found in C:\Users\YourName\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\cache followed by an IP. Try and see if that works.

Try making a folder in your SAMP folder in GTA User Files named 'cache' then another one which will have 2 folders inside: 'local' and '185.198.188.100.7777' which is RCRP's IP. I think this might be of help because from what I see in your screenshot it says it can't open a file for writing.

All there, and should work, all perms should be able to be read from?! they are all set to everyone and my PC name, and all have rights to read/write.
