I join the game, drive around for 2minutes... And it continues every single minute, until I recconect and wait a few minutes BEFORE it starts doing the same stuff....
FRESH GTA INSTALL, NO MODS.

Try setting your resolution to a 64 bit one
You have 1360x768x16 (or 32, not pretty sure) atm, try using 1360x768x64 in your game's settings.
Also if 1360x768 isn't the maximum resolution you can get, try getting the maximum amount your monitor allows you.
