How do I manage usergroups?

How can I choose what usergroup I want to display? It was a thing on old forums.
 
I wonder too + How to add people to usergroups, faction ones for example.
 
It may have got deleted by the recent update, I have several usergroups aswell, and the only one that was shown before I got the helper usergroup was my "Bronze Member", although I had the Elite Trucking usergroup at that time.
I'm not entirely sure about this, but I think it got deleted by the recent update.
The ones that are shown : Owner, Administrator, Helper, Donator, and then the player ranks according to their post count and when they joined. ( Diamond Member, Plantium Member..ect)

Donut with the new forums, the user groups for factions were deleted, when being switched. They’re working something out in the code, to get them back again. I do apologize for this inconvenience.
