Help regarding plugin.dll file

Well when I had this plugin.dll file my game was constantly crashing while loading up.
I removed it and it works fine but this error persists. I guess some mod was crashing it, but when I removed plugin.dll it worked. ( that mod used to work perfectly in the samp version 0.3.7)

I need someone to help me in this.. How to fix this error?

My game does start and work fine after I press ok or close the error box... but the .asi file that makes the map big depends on plugin.dll I guess. if plugin.dll isn't there it won't work.. and if I put plugin.dll in the gta sa directory, it keeps on crashing my game on startup

Never used ENB in my life to be honest..

Ive got a fresh copy of gta.. except for the Road Map Mod I have...
+ I guess the files that make the map Bigger require the plugin.dll to work.. but the plugin.dll doesn't work and crashes the game on startup instead.

but the problem still persists.
Gta sa.exe has stopped working.
windows is searching for solution.. that same error

No problem, I guess the only option would be to install this, or re-install GTA:SA without any modifications.

Im just unlucky.. downloaded that addon and tried to fix it by installing that.. but the problem still persists ;o
