Nevermind that. I believe you mean the video doesn't work when you play it and I'm afraid this has been an issue for a while, seems like it wasn't fixed yet.

Some videos simply don't have embedding enabled. Not really a bug or an issue to say. It'll appear on your char story but you'll have to click on the YouTube redirect to play it.
