What im doing wrong

Hi,

Since today im a Maintenance Worker and i want to pick soms litterbags.
Im ON DUTY and at a litterbag. I type: /picklitter en it give me: "You are not near at any litter"


What im doing wrong? And what are the commands for the Mainenance Worker at duty? Can i set roadblocks?

Maintenance Worker litter randomly spawns all over towns and usually take the form of discarded paper, straws and cups.
