Username error

When I log into San Andreas with my master account everything goes well.
But when I try to click: 'Play with Lennart_Klein', the server gives a

'Server error' 'Please report to an admin. (ERROR: Character name1)'

What could be the problem?

Is your master account the same as your characters name? If so, open a ticket asking for your master account to be changed mate.
