I can't seem to find the website of UCP...
Is it down? Doesn't it exist anymore?

It exist. It is almost done. I took a look at mine yesterday. but it was closed again.

Control panel that lets you see your character's item, faction status blah blah, but it's not fully completed and sometimes it lets you go to it.
