I joined the Server like a week ago. Got few questions..

1. Support Tickets on UCP is working? I created a Ticket 3-4 days ago but still didn't get any response.
2. Is there an Post Requirements to send Forum PMs?

And yes, there actually is a post amount requirement for forum PMs as a simple countermeasure for spam. I believe it's either 5 or 10 posts.
